today is my husband and my 6 year wedding anniversary.
today is my grandma Gigi's birthday.
today is also the 1 year anniversary of her death.
not much else to say....today is not just a day. it's a Day.
it holds happiness,

I understand the mix of emotions. My dad died suddenly 3 years to the day before my son was born. So the saddest day of my life is also marked by the happiest. Some years it's been hard not to let the sadness overpower the happiness but then my mom reminds me that my dad would want me to focus on making his grandson's birthday my focus. I'm sure your grandma is wanting you and your hubs to do the same.
