Weekly Kid's Co-op: Easy DIY Mother's Day from Hallmark and more

Welcome to the Kid's Weekly Co-Op! In light of Mother's Day this weekend, I'm featuring some simple Mother's Day crafts.

Before we get to the features from last week's party, I want to share with you an easy and personalized Mother's Day gift. All you need is a trip to Hallmark and 5 minutes.

I received this product free from Hallmark to review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
I was not required to write a positive review. No financial compensation was given.

Bear and I recently got the chance to check out and review the new Hallmark Magic Prints Collection in preparation for Mother's Day.

I'm a hand print fanatic in that I love crafts and art that utilizes children's hand prints. They're such a great way to capture their size when the project was created.

The Magic Prints Frame offers an easy and fun way to create a memorable gift for moms, grandmas, or any other special women you're celebrating on Mother's Day. Each frame comes with a Magic Mitt Crayola applicator and papers to create a frameable hand print gift. Unlike paint, it doesn't leave a mess on little hands and is even safe for pets! I had to giggle at the thought of making a piece of artwork with our cat's paws at some point. All we had to do was rub the applicator on Bear's hand, then press it down on the paper. The fun part was watching his hand print appear, revealing a fun design on the paper.

Bear {4.5} was excited that he got to make a card just for me using a Magic Prints card. The kit was easy enough that he was able to create the card all by himself. They even have cards in this collection that allow children to record their own messages. How cute is that?

We also got a chance to look at several other beautiful cards that Hallmark has to offer.  They're about to be signed and sent off to the grandmas in our family and my momma friends.

The Premium Classic Greetings (left) and Hallmark's Signature Collection (middle) are crafted with gorgeous papers, some featuring embossments and glitter.  The Signature Collection card shown in the middle comes with a detachable pin for the recipient to wear.  On the right are from the Simply Motherhood Greetings collection.  The heartfelt messages inside capture my feelings in a way I never could.  The second I saw the gorgeous photography on the front of the cards, I knew exactly which of my beautiful momma friends was going to receive each one.

Hallmark has a wide variety of cards for Mother's Day.  So I've you still have a special mother on your list to buy for, the Magic Prints Frames or Cards are a great way to create a personal and unique gift for that special lady.

And now...onto the party!
